Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much does land clearing cost in Kentucky?

A: Every property is different — terrain, brush density, and access all affect the price. We price by the crew day, so you always know what you're paying upfront. Call or text 270-860-6683 and we'll give you a straight number after seeing your property.

Q: How much does forestry mulching cost?

A: Forestry mulching is priced based on acreage and conditions. We'll walk your property and quote you a flat price before we start — no hourly surprises.  Most Forestry Mulching Jobs average around $1,800.00 per crew day.  Text us at 270-860-6683 to schedule a look.

Q: How long does a typical land clearing job take?

A: Most residential jobs (1–3 acres) take 1–3 crew days depending on how thick it is. We'll give you a timeline when we quote the job — and we stick to it.

Q: Can you work on slopes or uneven ground?

A: Yes. Our equipment handles rolling hills and side slopes. If you're not sure, send us photos and we'll tell you straight.

Q: Do I need a permit to clear my land in Kentucky?

A: Most residential clearing under 5 acres doesn't require a permit, but it depends on your county and what's near the clearing area. We recommend checking with your county planning office — we're happy to help you think through it.

Q: Will you clean up after the job?

A: Forestry mulching leaves a natural ground cover — no piles, no hauling. Other clearing work we tidy up before we leave. Ask us what to expect for your specific job.

Q: Do you work near structures, fences, or utility lines?

A: Yes, carefully. We work close to structures and fence lines regularly. Just let us know what's near the clearing area when you call.

Q: What's your service area?

A: We serve Henderson, Webster, Daviess, Union, and Ohio Counties in Kentucky — and surrounding areas within about 50 miles of Henderson. Call 270-860-6683 to confirm we cover your area.

Q: How do I get a quote?

A: Call or text 270-860-6683. We'll ask a few questions, look at photos if you have them, and schedule a site visit for anything over an acre. Most quotes are free.

Q: Can you fix my washed-out driveway or replace a culvert?

A: Yes — that's one of our most common jobs. We regrade, replace culverts, fix drainage slope, and leave you with a driveway that actually holds up. Call 270-860-6683 to talk about what's going on.
